Essential Fats: 3 Avocado
Protein/Fiber/Carbs: 2 Slices of Spelt Bread
Vegetables: Chopped Red Onion, Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
I Added: Organic Lemon Juice, Acai Infused Red Wine Vinegar
Seasonings: Crushed Black & Red Pepper, Italian Herbs
