Anchor straps enable battle rope to move in a more free, natural motion. Also used to shorten any rope. Simply loop anchor strap around both pieces of the rope and connect to the fixed anchor. Great when you want to lower the weight/intensity for a user. Can be removed (made longer) as user progresses. If space is limited, use strap to shorten overall length of rope. Rope sold separately.
