3 Healthy Frozen Snacks Super Easy and Toddler Friendly for this Summer


3 healthy snacks for toddlers. We love these and hope you’ll love them too!

1. For the first you’ll need a banana, peanut butter and a chocolate bar.

Slice de banana and make tiny sandwiches by adding a thumb size amount of peanut butter in between two slices. You will need to melt the chocolate bar by putting it in the microwave for 2 minutes in a microwave safe bowl. Be super careful because the bowl will be hot!

Spoon the melted chocolate over the tiny banana bites and freeze for an hour or two.

2. For the second snack you’ll need some fruit of your choice and plain yogurt. I like FAGE plain greek yogurt the best.

We used raspberries because they are Amelie’s favorite right now. If you are using a bigger fruit like peaches, you’ll need to cut it in smaller size cubes. And all you do it dip the fruit in the yogurt, scoop it out, lay it on a plate and freeze for an hour!

3. The third and last snack is little frozen yogurt drops!

All you need is yogurt of the flavour of you choice. You will fill a ziploc bag with yogurt, snip one of the corners with a pair of scissors and make little drops on a plate. Freeze for an hour and voila!

These melt super quick so it’s best to keep them frozen until you are ready to eat them.
