Easy Healthy Snack – Protein Balls


Here’s a super yummy recipe for a snack with a protein punch! This is a great snack if you’re on the go or are looking to get that protein in right after your workout. The calories will change somewhat based on the types and brand of ingredients you use. Enjoy!!

1/2 cup protein powder (I prefer chocolate)
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut
2 tbsp honey or agave nectar

Combine all ingredients together. You may have to add a little bit of water to help it stick together. Roll into balls. Makes 6 smaller protein balls or 3 larger ones.
