Easy, Healthy Snack Ideas + Healthy Diet Tips


Hey! Currently recovering from my 2nd day of College..

Yogurt Raspberry:
-Yogurt of any kind
-Fresh, washed raspberries
-Ziplock
-Spoon
-Scissor
First, put the yogurt inside the zip lock. Then, cut a little corner. Squeeze and insert the yogurt into the raspberry top/hole/whatever you call that. Freeze it. Then enjoy! (optional sprinkle a tad bit of sugar if your raspberries are sour, who said we can’t?!?)

Avocado Spread:
-Bread
-Ripe avocado
-Spoon
-Butter knife to spread
-(optional) lemon, salt, black pepper to taste.
Cut the avocado all around and then twist it to pull it apart. Then get a spoon and dig the seed out, with the same spoon dig out all the avocado into the zip lock. Add a squeeze of lemon juice & a pinch of salt and pound that zip lock. Oh yeah release your anger. Then use that mushy green stuff and spread it all over your bread. Sprinkle some black pepper and Enjoy.
