Overnight Oats:
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp flaxseed
1 tbs chis seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs coconut flakes
Mason Jar Salad:
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 apple
chopped carrots, cucumber, or whatever other vegetables you like!
Lemon Juice
pb & chocolate banana smoothie:
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
2 tbs powdered peanut butter (or normal peanut butter)
1 tbs cacao powder
