Indian healthy snacks Sabudana cutlet recipe in Hindi


Wonderful looking, Indian healthy snacks Sabudana cutlet recipe in Hindi is an easy to make healthy snacks recipe for you and your family in festive occasion like Diwali. Serve your guests with the healthy flavors of Sabudana fried in the healthy refined oils and served hot with chutney or sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
4 to 5 boiled potatoes, one cup soaked Sagograins (Sabudana- Medium sized is preferred and soaked for nearly 4 hours), 4 to 5 slices of bread with the corners cut, chopped green chilies, salt and red chili powder to taste.

METHOD:
First, make a dough of bread mixed with very little water and keep it aside. Now, mash the boiled potatoes in a large pot and mix it with bread dough, Sabudana, green chilies, red chili powder and salt. Mix it in a bowl.
Next, prepare the rolls with the mixture and deep fry these rolls and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
